COUPLES THERAPY
Relationships are all about balance and over time that balance can be difficult to maintain. In working with couples, I start by helping couples identify strengths, as well as weaknesses. We then move to building the skills that will bring the relationship back into balance.

PARENTING
Working with parents has a special place in my heart. I started my career working with abused kids and their parents. It made me realize how important it is to provide parents the support and education they need. Each phase of development has joys and challenges, and no parent can be good at all phases. Counseling provides a place to find support and strengthen parenting skills.
PUBLICATIONS
Through my work with parents, I saw a need for a practical guide to the tween years (9-13). To help support parents, I co-authored a book and a blog.

It is short, easy to read and packed with insightful advice and practical tools that will aid you and your tween to move through these years with ease, thus setting the stage for a smoother adolescence
Blink of your Eye is a website that provides resources to parents to help them feel supported and inspired to confront the changes that come with the teen years by providing useful information and celebrating the humor of this wonderfully tumultuous stage that can feel like you are on roller coaster of emotions.
PAYMENT
I accept Private Pay Clients, and work with a variety of insurance companies. When you call to make an appointment, we can discuss payment options.
