Moving Through this time Together
Hope you are doing well in the midst of this uncertain time. This is truly a time to work together. We all have to take care of ourselves and do our part to take common sense actions that support our community.
I know that this situation is having a big impact on daily life which creates varying levels of stress. It is truly a time to have a day by day perspective and to focus only on what you can control. By following the recommendations of the CDC , WHO and our local government, we can all be part of the solution.
To help handle the stress, it will be important that you have a good wellness plan. Our time together is part of that plan.

It offers general classes, as well as classes focused on anxiety/stress, kids and other specialized practices. I hope it can be a tool to give you some respite and joy.
You can also start each day with a simple gratitude practice. Name 3 things for which you are grateful. There is research to support that this habit helps your brain positively reset. It may be as simple as being grateful for the availability of Netflix (I am currently mastering the art of binge watching), the blue sky or a delicious dessert.
